Bill's passion was anything in the outdoors. He was an avid hunter, fly fisherman and outdoorsman. He enjoyed team roping and hiking in the mountains. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Artesia, NM, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and NRA. Later in life, his passion shifted to his grandchildren. He was very proud of them and would tell anyone who would listen about them and what they were doing and maybe a few who wouldn't listen.
