Treva Elrod

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 12, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Treva Jo Elrod, County Road 1038, Mathis, Texas. PMrs. Elrod, 52, died Monday, May 8, 2006 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. PRev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services.Visitation will be at Terpening amp; Son Mortuary beginning at 10:00 a.m. Thursday. PMrs. Elrod was born May 2, 1954 in Artesia, New Mexico; the daughter of Doyle Pennington and Nell Herron Pennington. POn April 16, 1996 she was married to David Elrod in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was an Artesia resident until moving to Corpus Christi in 1989. PShe was a Convenience store manager and homemaker. PShe was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband David Elrod of Mathis; daughters Michele Robison of Artesia, and Robin Dunnavant of Artesia; step-daughters Michele Garcia of Greensboro, North Carolina, and Lisa Elrod of Greensboro; step-sons Shaun Elrod of Mathis, and Joshua Elrod of Greensboro; sisters Ruthie Raley of Casper, Wyoming, and Marsha Hale of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren.
