Mr. Fulton, 55, died Sunday, April 29, 2012 Artesia General Hospital. Cremation is under direction of Terpening Son Mortuary

Tommy was born February 27, 1957 in Roswell, N.M. the son of James Fulton and Jackie Morris Fulton. He was a longtime Artesia resident.

On December 17, 2001 he was married to JoLynn Lightfoot in Carlsbad, N.M.

He was a pumper for EastLand Oil Company and enjoyed hunting, fishing, cars and guns.

He was preceded in death by his parents his stepfather Roy Hileman, grandparents Buster and Verla Morris and a brother Rocky Fulton.

Survivors include his wife JoLynn Fulton of the family home a son Mike Fulton and wife Sara of Arizona a daughter Shannon Butts of Roswell grandchildren Katelynn Fulton and Erika Fulton both of Arizona and a brother Jimmy Fulton of Everett, Wash.
