Tommy Briscoe

Funeral services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, at Valley Christian Church for Tommy Briscoe of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Briscoe, 28, died Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in Artesia.

Phil Grassie will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Derek Duarte, William Briscoe, Adam Ontiveros, Chris Clark, Billy Roach, and Brett Briscoe.

On October 14, 1987 Tommy was born to Curtis Briscoe and Sheryl (Wood) Briscoe-Clark in Artesia. He was a lifelong Artesia resident.

Tommy worked as a server for different restaurants in the area. He enjoyed fishing, drawing, listening to music and sports.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a brother Troy Briscoe.

Survivors include his father Curtis Briscoe of Carlsbad, N.M.; mother Sheryl Clark of Artesia; sisters Robin Pyle and husband Jason of Houston, Texas and Rachel Ontiveros and husband Adam of Muleshoe, Texas; brothers William Briscoe and wife Syrena of Artesia, Chris Clark and Katie of Oklahoma City, OK, and Charlton Clark of Alexandria, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
