Thomas Colomb

Memorial services will be held at a later date for Thomas A. Colomb, 31 SKP Ranch Rd 1, Lakewood, New Mexico. Mr. Colomb, 86, died Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Artesia General Hospital in Artesia, New Mexico. Cremtation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mr. Colomb was born September 5, 1923 in Rutland, Vermont; the son of James M. Colomb and Marguerite Mercier Colomb. On March 19, 1983 he was married to Rosann Cecce in Syracuse, N.Y. He came to Artesia in 2000 from Tucson, Arizona. He was a laborer for Allied Chemical. He was a member of the Catholic Church, 40 year member of A.F.G. Inc., and member of the Escapees R.V. Club. Survivors include his wife Rosann Roxy Cecce Colomb of Lakewood, N.M.; sons Thomas Colomb Jr., Steven Colomb of Syracuse, Joseph Colomb, and Edward Colomb of Syracuse; step-daughter Jahni DeLaPlaine of Kingsland, Georgia; sister Geraldine McNally; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
