Suzanne West

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 5, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Suzanne Suzie West of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. West, 59, died Thursday, April 1, 2010 at her home in Artesia.

Don Johnston will officiate at the services.

Mrs. West was born September 25, 1950 in Artesia, New Mexico the daughter of Robert V. Morris and Clinta Myers Morris.

She was a lifelong resident of Artesia. On December 23, 1974 she was married to Bobby West in Juarez, Mexico.

Suzie was a waitress and attended the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents a son Greg Morris and a brother Steve Morris.

Survivors include her husband Bobby West of the family home son Chris Atkins of Phoenix, Arizona stepdaughter Sammie Gail Brown of Artesia 2 grandchildren Blane and Aaron Brown and 2 greatgrandchildren Brayden and Cason Brown motherinlaw Hazel West of Carlsbad, N.M. and lifelong friend Sharon Northrip.
