Mrs. Dowing was born October 28, 1984 in Artesia, New Mexico the daughter of Danny Bishop and Sylvia Orquiz Bishop.

On June 12, 2010 she was married to Daniel Dowing in Artesia. She was a longtime Artesia resident.

Stephanie was a homemaker and was of the catholic denomination.

She was preceded in death by a grandmother Elisa Orquiz and uncles Robert Orquiz and David De La Rosa.

Survivors include her husband Daniel Dowing of the family home mother Sylvia Burnett of Artesia mother and fatherinlaw Allen and Crystal Tice of Artesia sons Justin Dowing of Artesia, and Julian Dowing of Artesia daughter Isabella Bella Dowing of Artesia brothers Michael Bishop of Artesia, and Gabriel Bishop of Artesia sisters Randi Munoz of Artesia, and Barbara Bishop of Artesia.
