Shirley Jones

Memorial services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 8, at Terpening Son Chapel for Shirley Jones, Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Jones, 62, died Friday, July 1, 2005 at her home. Tom Gunn will officiate at the services. Mrs. Jones was born October 10, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska; the daughter of Angelo Gilliotti and Mary Rose Roberts Gilliotti. On Nov. 1, 1980 she was married to Dennis Jones in Whittier, Calif. . She came to Artesia in 1995 from Albuquerque, N.M. She was a Supervisor in Lease Records at Navajo Refinery. She attended Hermosa Dr. Church of Christ, and was a member of Altrusa, and Desk Derrick. She was preceded in death by parents, Mary Rose and Angelo Gilliotti and brother Peter A. Gilliotti. Survived by Dennis Jones, stepdaughters Shannon Adams and Julie Jones, sister and husband Rosita and Harry Crutchfield. Nieces, Theresa McKernan and husband Tom, Marie Payne, Barbara Parish, and Delores Davis and husband Ken. Nephew, Bill A. Bartlett. Numerous grand and great nieces and nephews.
