Sheridan Cody

Memorial services are scheduled at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 13 at Faith Baptist Church for Sheridan Wilburn Cody, Artesia, New Mexico. Sheridan, 2 months old, died Monday, May 10, 2004 in Artesia. Rev. Michael Elliott will officiate at the services. Cremation is under direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Sheridan was born March 11, 2004 in Hobbs, New Mexico; the son of Danny Allen Cody and Cheyenne Matthews Cody. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents Kenneth Gaskill, Bud Matthews, Harold Cody, and Opal Cody. Survivors include his parents Danny Allen Cody and Cheyenne Cody of Artesia; sisters Liberty and Paris of Artesia; grandparents Wilburn and Linda Cody of Lovington, N.M., Tern Nelson of Arkansas Larry and Kathy Baker of Loco Hills, N.M., and Jack and Kenetta Matthews of Artesia; great-grandparents Iris Matthews of Hobbs, and Betty Gaskill of Lovington.
