Graveside services for Cortez, Colorado resident and former Artesia resident, Scenie Elissi Moore will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9 at Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, N.M. PScenie was born March 9, 1919 in Sims, Arkansas the daughter of Joe and Mary Bishop Amerson. She passed away in Cortez on Tuesday Nov. 6, 2007 at the age of 88. PSurviving Scenie are her two sons, Donald Allen of Cortez and Billy Allen of Albuquerque, N.M. She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert T. Moore.
