Santiago Martinez

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 16, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Santiago Porras Martinez of El Paso, Texas. PMr. Martinez, 56, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at his home. PA prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Mr. Martinez was born February 10, 1951 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Francisco Porras and Guadalupe Martinez. PHe was a longtime El Paso resident after moving from Artesia early in his life. PHe worked as a carpenter and was of the Catholic denomination.
Survivors include his son Jimmy Martinez of Artesia; sisters Juana, Alvera, and Angie; brothers Domingo and Tony Martinez; grandchildren Marisol Martinez of Artesia, Karley Martinez and Matthew Martinez of Las Cruces, N.M., and Alec Martinez of North Carolina.
