Ruth Bilberry

No services are scheduled for Ruth Bilberry of Lake Arthur, New Mexico. Mrs. Bilberry, 70, died Saturday, February 25, 2006 at her home. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary. Mrs. Bilberry was born June 9, 1935 in Greenwood, Arkansas; the daughter of Albert Carter and Eva Spears Carter. On Sept. 8, 1956 she was married to Bill Bilberry in Charleston, Arkansas. She came to Artesia in 1960 from Hobbs, N.M. She was a File Clerk in Medical Records for Artesia General Hospital. She was a member of the Baptist Denomination. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Michael Martin, a brother, and a sister. Survivors include her husband Bill Bilberry of the family home; sons John Bilberry and wife Edith of Cottonwood, N.M., and Jay Bilberry and wife Pam of Artesia; grandchildren Justin, Josh, Chelsea, and Travis; great-grandson Bryant.
