Rosa Villa

Services are scheduled for 10 am Friday, December 29 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Artesia, NM for Rosa Maria Villa of Lake Arthur, New Mexico.

Mrs. Villa, 69, died on December 21, 2023 in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Father Vijay will officiate at the services with burial to follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Park. A rosary is also scheduled for 9:30 am on Friday at Our Lady of Grace Church. Visitation will be at Terpening & Son Mortuary from 2 - 6 pm on Thursday.

Rosa was born on August 25, 1954 in Laredo, Texas; the daughter of Erestio Garza and Rita Borrego Garza.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband Jose Villa; children Hector and Jazmin Villa, Jose and Chere Villa, and Oscar Villa; a brother Carlos Garza; sisters Sylvia Velasquez, Edna Garcia, and Elvira Rios; and also by grandchildren Alex, Mateo, Michael, and Raysean.
