Rodney Parker

No local services are scheduled for Rodney Leon Parker of Hope, New Mexico.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary.

Mr. Parker, 62, died Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.

Rodney was born September 10, 1951 in Artesia, NM the son of Joe Orland Parker and Delma Lucille Wood Parker. He was a lifelong area resident.

He was a heavy equipment operator.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Larry and Jerry Parker.

Survivors include his daughter Keri Jo Crossland brothers Royce Parker of Roswell, NM and Wendell Parker of Artesia sisters Orlene Foster of Carlsbad, NM, Ann Van Winkle of Hope, NM and Sally Phillips of Carlsbad, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.
