Rick Allen

Memorial services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sep. 28, at First Baptist Church for Ricky Don Allen, 803 Pecan St, Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Allen, 57, died Sunday, September 25, 2011 at his home.

Rev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary.

Rick was born April 23, 1954 in Borger, Texas the son of Mel Allen and Betty Franks Allen. He came to Artesia in 2005 from Midland, Texas.

He was a Chemical Salesman in the oil and gas industry.

Survivors include his mother Betty Allen of Artesia daughter Amanda Allen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma brothers Mike Allen of Mansfield, Texas, and Tim Allen of Midland numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
