Randy Peyton

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 7, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park in Artesia, N.M. for former Artesia resident Randy C. Peyton of Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Peyton, 41, died Friday, June 4, 2004 in Texas. Rev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services. Honorary pallbearers will be Mr. Peytons nephews. Randy was born July 7, 1962 in Artesia; the son of Billy G. Peyton and Virginia L. Rice Peyton. He moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1985 from Artesia. Randy was a diesel mechanic and truck driver. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother Virginia Peyton of Artesia; daughter Desiree Peyton of Lubbock, Texas; brothers Kenneth Peyton of Artesia and Lonnie Peyton of Artesia; sisters Brenda Montgomery of Artesia and Beth Dowell of Lovington, N.M.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
