Peggy loved the Lord and she loved to share the name of Jesus.
Peggy was 4 years old when she and her family moved to Artesia in 1939. She was the oldest of six girls! Growing up she she was the leader of the band in high school, she was very good at twirling that baton. She was very well known and was very loved by everyone. In 1951 she married her husband (ex husband ) Harmon Bush and had three beautiful children. She worked at many jobs such as K Bobs and Mountain Bail as a phone operator. Later on she decided to be a stay at home mom and be with the kids and loved to have a clean house. Her hobbies were cooking, drawling, singing, sewing, and cleaning. Peggy was a marvelous cook! she was always making or baking something and it was always delicious! And always showing her kids or grandkids how too cook as well. You would always hear her singing little songs through out the day too you. She also sang in the church choir. She was a beautiful artist, love to draw. it ran in the family. The most memorable thing about Peggy is how much she loved Jesus and making sure you knew Jesus loved you too. She was very loved and will be very missed.
