Norma Bowen

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 1, at Woodbine Cemetery for Norma Jean Bowen of Kalispell, Montana. PMrs. Bowen, 69, died Monday, November 27, 2006 in Montana with her daughters by her side. PRev. J.B. Craft and Rick Smith will officiate at the services. Mrs. Bowen was born September 15, 1937; the daughter of Willie and Gladys White. She grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Artesia and worked for the Door of Opportunity where she was the Assisted Living Coordinator. PNorma was a very caring and passionate person that always cared about others. She loved working puzzles and making bread for everyone. For the last nineteen months she battled with cancer. PShe was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her three children Theresa Vincent and husband Rich of Kalispell, John Graboski and wife Valerie of San Diego, California, and Dixie Daughdrill of Kalispell; brothers Willie White of Memphis, Richard White and wife Margie of Memphis, and Charles White of Artesia; sisters Dorothy Phillips of New Orleans, Shirley Hamilton and husband Buck of Artesia, and Mary Barnes and husband Jerry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; several grandkids and great-grandkids.
