Nicholas Richardson

Services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 2, at First Christian Church for Nicholas Leigh Richardson of Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Richardson, 20, died Saturday, October 29, 2005. Rev. Gerry Lightwine will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jarrod Moreau, Jacob Richardson, Dakota Newton, Brian Shetterly, Seth Tidwell, Kenton Puckett, and Billy Seeley. Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary Tuesday beginning at 2:00 P.M. Mr. Richardson was born June 26, 1985 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Scott Richardson and Janet Williams Richardson. He was a lifelong resident of Artesia. He worked as a Lab Technician for Constructors Inc. and was a member of First Christian Church. He was a graduate of Artesia High School in 2003. He was a registered Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, he loved music and played the piano and the guitar. He also was a student of New Mexico State University in Carlsbad. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Survivors include his parents Scott and Janet Richardson of family home; brothers Jarrod Moreau of Artesia, N.M., and Jacob Richardson and wife Rainee of Mckinney, Texas; niece Ashlyn Richardson, and nephew Cade Richardson both of McKinney. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
