Nettie Brunson

Services are scheduled at 9:00 a.m. Friday, Jun. 25, at Grace Bible Fellowship for Nettie Ann Brunson, 27 Rio Lobo Rd 2, Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Brunson, 83, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at her home.

Family Members will officiate at the services with burial at Memory Lawn Cemetery in Roswell, N.M. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Mrs. Brunson was born January 28, 1927 in Crosbyton, Texas the daughter of Oscar Moyers and Mabel Moyers.

On November 16, 1944 she was married to Willis Brunson in Crosbyton. She came to Artesia in 2009 from Corona where they had lived since 1959.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Corona, and the Cedarvale Quilting Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a sister.

Survivors include her husband Willis Brunson of the family home sons Ronald Willis Brunson of Plainview, Texas, James Allan Brunson of Stephenville, Texas, and David Wallace Brunson of Artesia brothers Trouville Moyers of Amarillo, Texas and James Howard Moyers of Carlsbad, N.M. sisters Hettie Mann of Amarillo, and Mary Beth Doss of Lubbock, Texas 11 grandchildren and 16 gGreatgrandchildren.
