Neal Wallace

Memorial services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 11, at First Baptist Church for Neal Wallace of Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Wallace, 41, died Thursday, April 7, 2005, southeast of Artesia. Rev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Moreau, George Shipley, J. B. Parker, Bobby Bingham, Mike Rollins and Kelly Rollins. Visitation at Terpening Son Mortuary will begin at 2:00 P.M. Sunday. At Neal's request, cremation will take place. Neal was born June 5, 1963 in Artesia; the son of James E. Wallace and Faye Parker Wallace. A lifelong resident, he was a rancher; a member of the Baptist denomination, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by a nephew Brad Duncan. Survivors include his parents James E. and Faye Wallace of Artesia; a son Christopher Neal Wallace of Alvin, Texas; sisters Patty Duncan and husband Robert of Artesia and Janine Cumpton and husband Ron of Artesia; a brother Blaine Wallace and wife Cynthia of Artesia; grandparents James Q. and DeeDee Wallace of Artesia; nieces and nephews Ross and Kandice Duncan, Josh and Jacqueline Wallace, Trevor Starkey, Kiana Wallace, and Trenton Cumpton; and numerous other relatives and friends.
