Maurice Dippel

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 29, at Woodbine Cemetery for Maurice Dippel, 1109 S. 3rd Street, Artesia, New Mexico. PMr. Dippel, 79, died Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at Lakeview Christian Northgate in Carlsbad, New Mexico. PChaplain John Mezger will officiate at the services. PNo visitation is scheduled. PMr. Dippel was born June 21, 1926 in Littlefield, Texas; the son of Adolph Dippel and Freda Hienze Dippel. POn Feb. 26, 1943 he was married to
Marjie Jo Cox in Littlefield. He came to Artesia in Sept. 1946 from Littlefield.
PHe served in the Air Force during Korea. PHe was an Upholsterer and member of the Church of Christ and American Legion. PHe was preceded in death by his parents and a son Ricky Lynn Dippel.
Survivors include wife Marjie Jo Dippel of Lakeview; son Randy Dippel and wife Melanie of Artesia; grandchildren Marcus Nesbitt of Brenham, Texas, and Michelle Williams and husband Shawn of Del Ray, Florida; great-grandson Cyde Williams of Del Ray.
