Mary Luna

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, May 27, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Mary Jane Luna, 9325 W. Desert Inn Rd. 177, Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. Luna, 89, died Monday, May 17, 2004 at Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas. Rev. Jean Riley will officiate at the services. Mrs. Luna was born March 18, 1915 in Oklahoma. On Mar. 21, 1933 she was married to Esville Luna in Gainesville, Texas. She came to Artesia in the 1950's from Gainesville. He preceded her in death Oct. 21, 1975. She was a Cook for the Public Schools. Survivors include son Edward Luna of Las Vegas; daughters Betty Martin of Artesia, Joyce Collinsworth of Las Vegas, and Virginia Ham of Artesia; half-sisters Gertrude and Goldie.
