Martha Mata

Services are scheduled at 9:30 AM Friday, November 8, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Martha Anna Mata,Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Mata, 17, died Monday, November 4, 2002 at her home. Fr. Richard Lifrak will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Mrs. Mata was born July 15, 1985 in Andrews, Texas; the daughter of Javier Carrillo and Angie Marquez Carrillo. She was married to Franciso Mata in Andrews, Texas. She came to Artesia in 1986 from Texas. She was a student and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. A rosary is also scheduled for 6:30 PM. Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Survivors include husband Francisco Mata of the family home; mother Angie Marquez of Artesia; daughter Jazmine Mata of Artesia, son Francisco Javier Mata of Artesia ; brothers Greg Marquez of Artesia, Xavier Marquez of Artesia; sister Ashley Marquez of Artesia; maternal grandparents Manuela and Jesus Marquez of Artesia; parents-in-law Manuel and Rosa Maria Mata of Mexico
