Mark Rommel

A celebration of life will be held for Mark Rommel II at 4 pm on October 21, 2023 at West Main Baptist Church. The service will be officiated by Vaughn Klontz. Mark was born November 29, 1980 in Manteca, CA and passed away in Artesia, NM on October 12, 2023 at the age of 42.  A viewing will be held at Terpening & Son Mortuary from 10 am to 12 pm on Friday, October 20.

Mark was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Grandma Jean, brother Jay Wolfinjer and step-father Robert Dobbins.

He spent most of his adult life working in the oil field. He loved riding his Harley, fishing, smoking his buds and his time with the ladies, but his most important lady Melanie. He enjoyed his time with family and friends, but most importantly he loved and was a proud father to his beautiful girls Nylia, Marleey, and Bella.

Mark was a loving son to Robert and Linda Dobbins as well as Mark I and Lori Rommel. A caring brother to Jay, Jimmy and Kari. He loved hanging out with his cousins Danny, Kevin, Chris, Michael, Rob, Randell and Jerry. He had many nieces and nephews but most importantly his girls were his world.
