Linn Jernigan

Memorial graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 19, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park, for Linn Jernigan, 9 Karr Ranch Road, Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Jernigan, 59, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 at his home.

J.T. Ross will officiate at the services. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary.

Mr. Jernigan was born July 14, 1950 in Carlsbad, New Mexico the son of Mike Jernigan and Edwina McGuire Jernigan.

He was a lifelong area resident.

He was a diesel mechanic and member of the Moose Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, aunts Bernell Johnson and Jan Burnett.

Survivors include a sister Rusty Klein and husband Johnny of Hope, N.M. uncles W.B. McGuire and wife Sharron of Artesia, and Bill Johnson of Artesia and numerous cousins.
