Linda Wolf

Memorial services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at William Wolfs home, 3903 W. Missouri, for Linda Sue Wolf of Artesia, New Mexico. There is also a reception scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday at the same address.

Mrs. Wolf, 61, died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Artesia General Hospital.

Don Johnston will officiate at the services. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening Son Mortuary.

Linda was born December 18, 1950 in Crane, Texas the daughter of Herman Jacobs and Eva Lavelle Hughes Jacobs. She came to Artesia in 2003 from Lake Arthur.

On May 31, 1968 she was married to Joe Wolf in Roswell, N.M. They came to Artesia in 2003 from Lake Arthur, N.M.

Linda was a homemaker and of the baptist denomination. She loved life and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents sister Darlene Richardson and a brother Homer Jacobs.

Survivors include her husband Joe Wolf of the family home sons Joe Wolf, Jr., Tony Wolf, and William Wolf all of Artesia brothers Willie Jacobs of Thermopolis, Wyoming, and Richard Jacobs of Blanket, Texas sister Tricia Keltz of Casper, Wyoming grandchildren Ivan, Brandon, Taylor, and Chase and 4 greatgrandchildren.
