Linda Bowman

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 22 at Woodbine Cemetery for Linda Nell Bowman, 5412 W. Dallas, Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Bowman, 56, died Saturday, May 18, 2002 in Artesia. Rev. Jean Riley will officiate at the services. Mrs. Bowman was born December 15, 1945 in Roswell, N.M.; the daughter of Johnny Casabonne and Nell Lange Casabonne. On April 27, 1970 she was married to Steve Bowman in Carlsbad, N.M. A lifelong resident of the Artesia and Hope, N.M. areas, she was a homemaker and member of First Methodist Church in Hope. She was preceded in death by her father Johnny Casabonne in 1993. Survivors include her husband Steve Bowman of the family home; her mother Nell Casabonne of Hope; a stepson Richard Bowman of Enterprise, Oklahoma; a stepdaughter Brenda Benson of Enterprise; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
