Kevin Horner

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday, May 5, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Kevin Reed Horner of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Horner, 65, died on May 2, 2022 at his home in Artesia.

Ty Houghtaling will officate at the services. Visitation will be at Terpening & Son Mortuary from 2 to 6 pm on Wednesday.

Kevin was born on December 1, 1956 in Artesia; the son of Robert Barton Horner Sr. and Mildred Maxine Callahan Horner.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Patti Barber; daughters Marissa Gilbreath and husband Alan, and Michelle Hancox and husband Ian; brothers Robert Horner and wife Pam, and Kern Horner and wife JoBeth; sister Cheryl Burks and husband Rick; grandchildren Nicholas Johnson and wife Lindsey, Courtney McCormick and husband Cody, Paetyn Johnson, Alexis Gilbreath, Jace Schiel, and Isaac Gilbreath; numerous nieces and nephews; and also by his beloved dog Sadie.
