Services are scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 11, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Juan Manuel Sifuentes, 804 Alvarado Ave., Artesia, New Mexico.
Mr. Sifuentes, 30, died Saturday, May 5, 2012 in Artesia.
Burial will be at Lake Arthur Cemetery, Lake Arthur, NM. Pallbearers will be Adrian Gutierrez, John Gutierrez, Jaime Tesillo, Jaime Hernandez,Marco Esparza, James Burchett, Harvey Moreno, Tommy Tesillo Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Alfonso Sifuentes and Homer Hernandez.
A rosary is also scheduled for 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Church.
Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Juan was born January 15, 1982 in Artesia, New Mexico the son of Juan Manuel Sifuentes and Maria Levario Sifuentes. He was a lifelong resident of Artesia.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather Maria Burchett and Harry of Artesia brothers Bulmaro Sifuentes of Artesia, Homer Hernandez of Artesia, Gerardo Camargo and wife Amanda of Artesia, and Alfonso Sifuentes of Artesia sisters Sylvia Hernandez of Lake Arthur, Margaret Tesillo and husband Tommy of Clovis, NM, Marisela Esparza and husband Marco of Muleshoe, Texas, Guadalupe Sifuentes of Juarez, Mexico, Liliana Sifuentes of Juarez, Isabel Sifuentes of Juarez, Socorro Sifuentes of Los Angeles, Calif. fiance Ida Campbell of Artesia sons Juan Sifuentes Jr. of Lubbock, Texas, Andres Sifuentes of Artesia, and Julian Sifuentes of Artesia stepson Aaron Ortega of Artesia daughters Anyssa Sifuentes of Artesia, and Evelyn Sifuentes of Artesia numerous nieces and nephews stepbrothers Gene Burchett, Don Burchett, Neil Burchett, Harry Burchett Jr., and James Burchett stepsister Jerrie Burchett.
