Funeral services will be Tuesday November 30, at 10 a.m. for Joshua Aaron Rolan.
The services will take place at Trinity Temple Assembly of God, 1507 Hermosa, Artesia, NM. Pastor Bobby Argo will officiate.
Joshua was born March 2, 1986 in Carlsbad, NM to Larry and Phidalia Rolan. He passed from this life on November 20, 2010.
He was a 2004 Graduate of Artesia High School and attended ENMU in Portales for a short time. Josh was and entreprenuer involved in many business ventures over several years,
the latest of which was coowner of The Tread Shed in Artesia.
Joshua loved life and loved people and did both with all his heart. He always had a huge smile and an encouraging word.
He was a true friend to his friends and would go to any length to help others in need. Joshua was a loving son, faithful brother and a joy to all who really knew him.
Joshua held on to his faith in the hard time and had a hope that moved him forward to trust God for tomorrow. He will be missed by those who knew him,
mourned by those that loved him and never forgotten by anyone who ever met him.
Josua was preceded in death by two grandmothers, Natha Rolan and Velma Brannan.
He is survived by his parents Larry and Phidalia Rolan, one brother Caleb Rolan, one sister Chayimel Rolan all of Artesia,
Grandparents Jack and Barbara Brannan of Artesia and Harvey and Jeanie Rolan of Green Valley, Arizona, numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins and a multitude of friends that he loved like family.
Pallbearers will be Drama, Shrek, Primo, Ish, Ddub, Weenie and all the other kids from GRIND skate ministry.
Interment will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Park.
