Joseph Fulwider

A memorial graveside service is scheduled for 10 am Monday, December 11, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Joseph E. Fulwider of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mr. Fulwider, 49, died on November 29, 2023 at his home in Artesia.

Joseph was born on March 21, 1974 in Roswell, New Mexico; the son of James Fulwider and Donna Linker.

Joe E Fulwider was battling an uphill war against the world these past couple years, no matter what happened or what he was feeling he always mentioned how much he loves his kids and hopes they have a successful and happy life. He also wanted to reconnect with his family in New Mexico and in late life and in death his wishes came true and i know if he was here right now he'd tell everyone how happy he is to be with his family again. He always put his children's needs first. He'd sooner put food on the table than clothes on his back.

Survivors include his parents James Fulwider and Donna Fulwider; children Isaac Fulwider, Isaiah Fulwider and Carley Fulwider; brothers Dominic Vasquez, David Linker and Danial Fulwider; a sister Sabrina Fulwider; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by an infant son Matthew Alvarado.
