Josefina Molina

Services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at First Christian Church for Josefina Salcido Molina of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Molina, 46, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.

Rev. David Grousnick will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Salcido, Felix Salcido, Samantha Sanchez, Greg Molina, Carol Torres, Patrick Dee, Timmy Salcido and Benjamin Sanchez.

Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary beginning at 2 p.m. Thursday.

Josie was born March 19, 1966 in Carlsbad, New Mexico the daughter of Marcos Salcido and Theresa Garcia Salcido. She was a longtime resident of Artesia.

On Nov. 10, 1980 she was married to Oscar Molina in Farwell, Texas.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and 2 brothers.

Survivors include her husband Oscar Molina of family home mother Theresa Salcido of Clovis, N.M. son Oscar Johnathan Molina and wife Courtney of Artesia daughters Crystal Flores and husband Joel of Artesia, and Ashley Segura and husband Porfie of Artesia brother Mark Salcido of Roswell, N.M. sisters Gloria Arrickiello of Clovis, Martha Salcido of Corpus Christi, Texas, Irma Jaime of Clovis, and Alice Salcido of Carlsbad grandchildren Dieon Molina, Jayrah Flores, Nathaniel Segura, and Jaydrian Perez numerous nieces and nephews.
