Johnny Crouch

Services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at First Baptist Church in Artesia for Johnny Dell Crouch, Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Crouch, 43, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. Rev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Guitar Rick Goodgion, Perry Roberson, Randall Crouch, Bobby Savoie, Steven Respondek, and Billy McClurg. Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary beginning at 12 p.m. Friday. Mr. Crouch was born April 22, 1964 in Carlsbad, N.M.; the son of Dell Ray Crouch and Karla Barron Crouch. He was a longtime resident of Artesia until moving to Lubbock 20 years ago. He was a licensed plumber. He was preceded in death by a brother David Carlile. Survivors include his mother and step-father Karla and Mike Molyneaux of Artesia; his father Dell Ray Crouch of Lubbock; a son Dallas Crouch of Lubbock; daughters Delaney Crouch of Lubbock, and Jacey Crouch of Lubbock; a sister Vicki Spence of Artesia; a niece Lindsey Spence; and a nephew Justin Troublefield and his wife Sarah; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
