John Casabonne

John Dewayne Casabonne was born November 22, 1977, and went to be with his Lord on March 14, 2008. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Casabonne and A.C. Talley, and grandmother Mildred Talley. John is survived by his loving wife Brenna and his two precious daughters, Chelsea Grace and Alana Faith, father, Larry Casabonne, mother, Paulette Casabonne and grandmother, Nell Casabonne, also his sisters, Regina Casabonne and Melinda Jones and husband Randal, brother, Paul Casabonne and wife Jenny, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2008 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home, with funeral services beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, on Highway 80 in Haughton, LA, with Pastors Kay and James Gilbert, of Cowboy's Outreach and arena of Life Church in Princeton, LA; along with Jerry Roten of Shreveport officiating. Visitation and additional services will be held from 11:00a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Terpening Son Mortuary in Artesia, NM, with a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Upper Hope Cemetery, in Hope, NM; with Glenn and Ann Smith of Rodeo Cowboy Ministries of Midland, TX officiating. Dewayne was a loving dad, son and brother. He was generous and giving. He showed his gift of an unforgetable sense of humor. He had deep faith in Christ Jesus. His family and friends are grieving overwhelmingly and will miss him tremendously. His favorite Bible verse Psalm 23 is in our hearts.
