Jesus Levario

Services are scheduled at 9:30 AM. Wednesday, July 2, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Jesus Manuel Casteneda Levario, Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Levario, 40, died Friday, June 27, 2003 at Artesia General Hospital. Burial will follow at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul Ortega Jr., Jerry Ortega, Art Ortega, Mike Granado, Steve Fritz, Manuel Venegas and Justin Levario. Mr. Levario was born September 21, 1962 in Artesia, New Mexico; the son of Manuel Levario and Seferina Casteneda Levario. He was a lifelong resident of Artesia. He was an operator at Navajo Refinery, and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. A rosary is also scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Grace Church. He was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Madrid, grandmothers Ysidra Levario and Maria Casteneda, and grandfather Beningo Casteneda. Survivors include his parents Manuel and Seferina Levario of Artesia; son Augustine Gus Levario of Artesia; daughter Angelica M. Levario of Artesia; sister Berta Venegas of Artesia; brothers Benny Parra of Artesia, and Toby Levario of Hope, NM; grandfather Jesus Levario of Lake Arthur, NM.
