Jesus Hernandez

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 8, at Woodbine Cemetery for Jesus E. Hernandez, 2619 W. Quay Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Hernandez, 93, died Friday, November 5, 2004 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, New Mexico. There is no visitation scheduled. Mr. Hernandez was born December 25, 1910 in Morenci, Arizona; the son of Luis Hernandez and Juliana Munoz Hernandez. He came to Artesia in 1992 from Mexico. He was a janitor and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Survivors include sisters Carmen Chairez of Columbus, N.M., and Refugia Acevedo of Mexico; nieces Irma Delgadillo of Artesia, Lourdes Delgadillo of Tucson, Arizona, Xochitl Delgadillo of Tucson, and Andrea Delgadillo of Artesia; nephews Joel Delgadillo of Moriarity, N.M., and Francisco Acosta of Mexico.
