Jesus Catano

A public viewing will be held for Jesus Ocon Catano at 9 AM on Friday, January 12, 2024 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with a funeral service to immediately follow at 10 AM.

Mr. Jesus, 79, died on January 8, 2024 in El Paso, Texas.

Services will take place under the direct care of Terpening & Son Mortuary.

Jesus was born on January 25, 1944 in Casa Piedra, TX; the son of Jose Catano and Zenon Ocon Catano.

He loved spending time with his family and tending to his garden. He was known to grow many things and, with great generousity, give it away to anyone who asked or needed it. Family and friends knew they could count on him for his kindness and support.

He is preceded in death by wife, Blanca Catano and daughter, Marta Catano.

Survivors include a son, Martin Catano; a granddaughter, Marily Catano; a grandson, Fabian Catano, and a great grandson, XZ Catano.
