Jerry Hayslip

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jun. 4, at Woodbine Cemetery for Jerry J.D. Hayslip, Hobbs, New Mexico.

Mr. Hayslip, 41, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at his home in Hobbs.
Bro. Robert Ellis will officiate at the services.

Mr. Hayslip was born April 9, 1969 in Artesia, New Mexico the son of Travis Hayslip and Charlotte Mann Hayslip.

He was a truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his father Travis Hayslip.

Survivors include his companion Anita Dennis of the family home mother Charlotte Hudson and stepfather Fritz Hudson of Artesia daughter Kara stepdaughters Ashley, Amanda, Allison, and April stepson Jody sisters Terri Liss of Euless, Texas, and Cheryl Pennington of Artesia brother Robert Hayslip of Texas grandmother Elsie Mann Evans of Artesia uncles Clifton Mann and Terry Mann.
