Jeri Brand

Services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 30, at First Baptist Church for Jeri Lynn Brand, 2112 Boz Drive, Artesia, New Mexico. PMrs. Brand, 49, died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at her home. PRev. Rick Sullivan will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Craig Card, Walter Powell, Michael Schauer, Andrew Dlugosz, Matthew Dlugosz, and Nicholas Dlugosz. Visitation will be at Terpening amp; Son Mortuary beginning at 10:00 a.m. Friday. PMrs. Brand was born November 8, 1956 in Jamestown, North Dakota; the daughter of Gerald Schauer and June Seher Schauer. POn Feb. 12, 1983 she was married to Andrew Brand in Bellflower, California. She came to Artesia in Oct. of 1994 from Riverside, California. PShe was an Accountant for Select Milk Producers, and along with her husband she was the co-founder of Pioneer Dairy Lab. She was very active in community affairs of Artesia.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother Mark Schauer.

Survivors include her husband Andrew Brand of the family home; mother June Schauer of Stanton, Calif.; sons Andrew Brand of Lubbock, Texas, and Richard Brand of Lubbock; daughters Jenny Sprouse of Artesia, Jill Tucker of Artesia, and Holland DiMaio of Seattle, Washington; brother Michael Shauer of Anaheim, Calif.; sisters Teri Dlugosz of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Julene Regner of Huntington Beach, Calif.; grandchildren William, Bethany, Savannah, BayLynn, and Johnny.
