Jeanne Bullock

Jeanne W. Bullock passed from this life, Sunday, September 28, 2014 at the age of 96.

Mrs. Bullock was born June 24, 1918 in Hope, NM to Hillary White and Olive Robertson White. She was the youngest of 8 children, all of whom have predeceased her.

Mrs. Bullock was married to R.C. Horner II on Nov. 5, 1939 and he predeceased her on Sept. 14, 1944. Mrs. Bullock married Charles K. Bullock on Jan. 12, 1947 and he predeceased her on Jan. 4, 1994.

Mrs. Bullock was a faithful member of the Church of Christ at 8th and Grand and the Church of Christ at Hermosa Drive in Artesia, NM. She lived all of her adult life in Artesia where she was active in her church and various service organizations.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Kent Bullock of Artesia and Robert H. Bullock and wife Shary also of Artesia 6 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jerry Bullock, Jimmy Bullock, Buddy Bullock, Julian Carrillo, Jack Cheney, Jeremiah Mullen and Paul Lasater.

Graveside services are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 2, at Woodbine Cemetery. Doug Rodney and Michael Joiner will officiate.
