Services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 26, 2007, at Centre Ave. Baptist Church for Jeanette Crouch Diedrich, 5401 W. Richardson Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. PMrs. Diedrich, 79, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Landsun Health Service Center in Carlsbad, New Mexico. PDr. K. C. Heck will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Jeff Bratcher, Jason Bratcher, Steve George, and Keaton Waters; and Sammy Reno and Carl Wilson. Visitation at Terpening amp; Son Mortuary will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday. PMrs. Diedrich was born February 24, 1928 in Wichita Falls, Texas; the daughter of Thomas O. Markham and Azalee Holcomb Markham. PShe was married to Reese Crouch on Sept. 14, 1946 in San Angelo, Texas. She came to Artesia from Texas in 1954. He preceded her in death June 10, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and by one sister and one brother. POn Nov. 26, 1984, she married Al C. Diedrich in Las Vegas, Nevada. PShe was an office clerk for Central Valley Electric and Penasco Valley Telecommunications and was a member of the Baptist denomination. She was past president of the Altrusa Club, and was a past member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, the Women of the Moose, and Eastern Star 18. PSurvivors include her husband Al Diedrich of the family home; daughters Cheryl Bratcher and husband Ronnie of Artesia, Teresa George of San Diego, Calif. , and Jacque Waters and husband Frank of Artesia; a step-daughter JoAnne Lukas and husband George of Peach Tree City, Ga.; a step-son William Diedrich of Morgantown, W.Va.; a brother Jim Markham and wife Purita of Richardson, Texas; grandchildren Jason Bratcher, Jeff Bratcher and wife Michele, Keaton Waters, and Stephen George and wife Mandy; step-grandchildren Kimberly Riese, Dawn Marie Eibe and Lauren Lukas; and five great-grandchildren.
