Jack Mccaw

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 15, at Woodbine Cemetery for Jack W. McCaw, Artesia, New Mexico. PMr. McCaw, 91, died Monday, March 13, 2006 at Artesia Good Samaritan Center. PRev. Paul Dean Duerksen will officiate at the services. PVisitation will be at Terpening amp; Son Mortuary beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday. PMr. McCaw was born June 22, 1914 in Marshalltown, Iowa; the son of Willie Macon McCaw and Winnie Edith Kurtz McCaw. PHe came to Artesia in 1920 from South Bend, Texas. On Aug. 28, 1941 he was married to Mary Ann Johnson in Carlsbad, N.M. PHe was a Landman for Yates Petroleum and member of First United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge, Shriners, American Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the N.M. Landmen Association. PHe was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Glen McCaw, Ed McCaw, Bob McCaw, and Marvin McCaw, sisters Thelma Rogers and Hannabelle Connell. PSurvivors include his wife Mary McCaw of Artesia; son Bill McCaw and wife Nancy of Artesia; daughter Gwen Riddle of Temple, Texas; grandchildren Neal Riddle of Bryan, Texas, and Kerry McCaw of Philadelphia, Penn.
