Hildreth Everhart

Graveside services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 18, at Twin Oaks Memorial Park for Hildreth Corrine Everhart, 1803 Sears Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. Mrs. Everhart, 74, died Thursday, February 14, 2008 at Artesia General Hospital. Her son Marion Everhart will officiate at the services. Visitation at Terpening Son Mortuary will begin at 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Everhart was born November 6, 1933 in Soldier, Kentucky; the daughter of Herman Hamm and Grace Clark Hamm. On December 28, 1951 she was married to Marion L. Tex Everhart in Las Vegas, Nevada. She came to Artesia in 1969 from the upper Cottonwood, N.M. area. Her husband preceded her in death December 31, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her brother Charles Hamm Hildreth was a homemaker and member of Old Laurel Baptist Church in Buna, Texas. Survivors include daughter Ann Propsner and husband William of Artesia; son Marion Everhart and wife Debbie of Buna, Texas; sisters Geneva Blazer of California abd Faye Spoonmore of Arizona; a brother Herman Hamm of California; grandchildren Carrie Bannigan of Las Vegas and Anita Bannigan of Artesia; step-granddaughter Bonnie Bannigan of Las Vegas; great-granddaughter Kaylee Cheatham of Artesia; and step-great-grandson Xavier Bannigan of Las Vegas.
