Henry Perez

Services are scheduled at 9:30 A.M. Friday, January 16, 2004, at Our Lady of Grace Church for Henry C. Perez, Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Perez, 74, died Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at Artesia General Hospital. Fr. Benedict Folger SS.CC. will officiate at the services with burial at Twin Oaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jon Perez, Aaron Perez, Eric Muller, Gabriel Muller, Lorenzo Guzman, Wilson Bolanos, Anthony Perez and Adam Perez. Mr. Perez was born October 26, 1929 in Marfa, Texas; the son of Liborio Perez and Pabla Campos Perez. He came to Artesia in 1940s from Marfa, Texas. On Sept. 26, 1950 he was married to Juanita Murillo in Artesia. She preceded him in death Jan. 6, 2004. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a brother Faustino Perez, and a daughter Mindy Morales. He was a truck driver and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. A rosary is also scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Grace Church. Survivors include sons Armando Perez of Artesia, and Rolando Perez of Artesia; daughter Diana Coronado of Artesia; brother Gonzalo Perez of Artesia; sisters Natividad Ramirez of Artesia, Cruz Galindo of Artesia, Mariana Carrasco of Artesia, Aramita Montes of Artesia, and Rosa Molina of Artesia; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary beginning at 10a.m. Thursday
