Henry Huerta

Services are scheduled at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday July 8, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church for Henry Segoviano Huerta, 709 Chisum Ave., Artesia, New Mexico. Mr. Huerta, 38, died July 5, 1992, in Lubbock, Texas. Fr. John Curran will officiate at the services with burial at Woodbine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eli Chavarria, Tommy Ray Chavarria, Jerry Chavarria, Richard Cardenas, Elias Balencia and Jerome Huerta. A rosary is also scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Our Lady of Grace. Mr. Huerta was born Dec. 20, 1953 in Artesia; the son of Manuel Huerta and Lola Segoviano Huerta. On March 12, 1973, he was married to Hilda Chavarria in Artesia. He worked in auto body repair and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife Hilda of the family home; parents Manuel and Lola Huerta of Artesia; daughters Becky, Ereka and Amanda Huerta all of the home; brothers Ben Huerta, Chilo Huerta and Manuel Huerta Jr. all of Artesia and Johnny Huerta of Albuquerque, N.M.; sisters Sally Carrasco of Carlsbad, N.M., Angie Martinez, Betty Hernandez, Granny Chavarria, Corine Gurolla and Gracie Cortez all of Artesia; numerous nieces and nephews
