Gustabo Villegas

Graveside services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 25, at Woodbine Cemetery for Gustabo Villegas of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mr. Villegas, 53, died Monday, October 22, 2012 at his home.

Moises Gallegos will officiate at the services. Visitation will be at Terpening Son Mortuary Thursday beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Gustabo was born January 31, 1959 in Artesia, New Mexico the son of Juan Villegas and Eulalia Porras Villegas. He was a longtime Artesia resident before moving to Las Cruces, N.M. in 2002, and eventually moving to Albuquerque in 2011.

Gustabo attended school at Artesia and also the Door of Opportunity.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Raymon and Max Villegas.

Gustabo is survived by his sisters Margie Larranaga and husband Job of Peyton, Colorado, Viola Perez of Artesia, Mary Rose Gallegos and husband Horacio of Albuquerque, Juanita Molina of Artesia, and Helen Larranaga and husband Samuel of Albuquerque brothers Frank Villegas and wife Virginia of Albuquerque, Joe Villegas and wife Rose of Albuquerque, and Jessie Villegas and wife Yolanda of Odessa, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews who lovingly called him Tio Tabo.
