Francis Marie Ritter

A memorial service will be held at later date for Francis Marie Ritter of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Ritter, 79, died on November 27, 2023 in Lubbock, Texas.

Cremation has taken place in Lubbock.

Francis was born on February 22, 1944 in Greyvull, Wyoming; the daughter of Claude Arney and Thelma Norman Arney.

She was married to Richard Ritter on February 11, 1967.   She enjoyed playing games, working puzzles, rock hunting, going camping, taking trips to the mountains and sightseeing.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband Richard Ritter; a son Paul A. Ritter; a daughter Patricia Lynn Flores; a brother John Arney; sisters Claudia Nelson and husband Doug, Ella Springer, and Donna Coble; and by grandchildren Devin Hughes, Raymond Flores and Mateo Flores.
