Eva Ortega Lopez

Eva Ortega Lopez, born on March 13, 1956, left this world on January 28, 2025. A beloved member of her community, she touched many lives with her warmth and kindness throughout her 68 years.

Eva was a woman of great faith and unwavering commitment to her family and friends. Known for her nurturing spirit, she offered compassion and support to everyone she encountered. Her gentle smile and welcoming heart were a beacon of hope and love, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In celebration of her life, a Rosary will be held on February 22, 2025, starting at 9:30 AM, followed by a Memorial Service at 10:00 AM, both taking place at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, located at 502 S 9th St, Artesia, NM 88210. Woodbine Cemetery to follow. These gatherings will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to come together in remembrance and honor of Eva’s remarkable spirit.

Eva Ortega Lopez will be remembered for her selflessness, laughter, and the light she brought into the lives of others. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those she loved and those who loved her in return.
