Eunice Kinney

A graveside service will be held at the Fairview Memorial Cemetery in Albuquerque, New Mexico at 2 pm Wednesday, December 27, for Eunice M. Kinney of Artesia, New Mexico.

Mrs. Kinney, 92, died on December 21, 2023 at her home in Artesia.

Eunice was born on August 24, 1931 in Estancia, New Mexico; the daughter of Claude Estes and Marie Milbourn Estes.

Eunice was a natural born homemaker, not only raising her kids but her brothers along side them. She loved being around family, especially her grandchildren and watching them grow. She was a simple woman and never needed much. She never missed a day of watching her game shows, soap operas, and wrestling. She had a very blessed life and was ready to join her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold Kinney, sons Michael Williams and Leon O'Gwynn, and a brother Claude Estes Jr.

Survivors include her children Joan Domain, Scott Braffett, Diane Kinney, Lee Kinney and Linda Ellis; brothers Rodger Estes and wife Sheila, and Robert Estes; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
